Internship in the Innovation Projects Management Department at Superintendencia de Bancos Panamá

My role as a project manager intern involves supporting the execution and coordination in the development of the organization's Artificial Intelligence strategy. I work as part of a team to ensure the success of each initiative, contributing fresh ideas and innovative perspectives.

Among the projects, a notable achievement was the first Hackathon organized by the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, where the goal was to find innovative solutions by empowering the institution's collaborators. We supported them in the development of technological prototypes aimed at improving internal processes.  

Banking Transformation and Innovation Analyst at Prival Bank Panamá

I collaborate within the Vice Presidency of Transformation and Innovation, where I drive the optimization and reengineering of key banking system processes. Through the use of workflow management software and API communication with databases, I integrate innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

 
I also support negotiations and contracts, actively contributing to the company’s continuous improvement. This experience allows me to gain a deep understanding of the banking system and identify opportunities to strategically optimize and transform processes.
